Benefixa — every renewal is a claim. Demand the proof.
For employers facing a renewal increase

Before you agree to any increase, demand to see the proof.

A double-digit renewal lands on your desk with a story attached — trend, claims, pooling. On every other line in your business, an increase that size gets challenged and evidenced before anyone signs.

On healthcare, it gets signed — because no one can see behind the number. We put the renewal itself to the evidence, so you see what actually survives.

Watch — The Renewal
A 23% increase is a claim, not a fact

Bring the renewal you’re staring at. We’ll put it to proof.

The renewal look shows the magnitude and whether it’s worth investigating. It doesn’t manufacture a number or promise savings — it tests the claim against your own documents. It may validate the increase, or it may surface room. Either way, you’d finally know.

1
Bring the renewalJust the renewal you’re working right now — a few high-level numbers. No SSNs, no disruption.
2
Put it to proofWe test what changed, what’s actually supportable, and the modeled opportunity — against the evidence, not a sales story.
3
See what survivesYou get an honest read on whether the number holds up — and where meaningful opportunity may exist.
4
Prove and captureIf it’s worth pursuing, we scope the deeper analysis with you. The look is free; the proof is the work.

Why the read is trustworthy

Findings are earned by evidence — not bought.

BenefitProof reaches its conclusions from your documents and a published evidence hierarchy — the strength of the proof decides what we’ll say, and what we won’t.

“We never claim more than the evidence earns. See what survives.”
No pay-to-playNo carrier and no vendor can buy a Finding, a ranking, or a placement. The evidence decides — not who’s paying.
📑
Evidence-gradedEvery conclusion carries its support. A weak source can’t masquerade as proof; unsupported claims are refused, not dressed up.

Your data, your callA few high-level numbers to start — no SSNs. You stay in control of what’s shared and with whom.
Where the opportunity lives — context, not a quote

Most of your spend is claims economics.

Roughly 85¢ of every healthcare dollar is claims economics — the part the evidence actually interrogates. The other ~15% is fixed administrative cost. Whether there’s opportunity inside your 85% is exactly what the proof determines.

This is illustrative context, not a savings estimate or a price. It never promises a result — the renewal analysis is what shows whether the number holds up or whether room exists.

Straight answers

Questions employers ask first.

Do I have to change brokers or advisors?
No — no broker change required. This doesn’t replace your broker or advisor. It arms you, the employer, with an independent read on the renewal in front of you. Your existing relationships stay exactly as they are.
Can’t my current broker just get competing quotes?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. In many fully insured arrangements, carrier submission and broker-of-record practices can restrict more than one broker from independently obtaining competing quotes from the same carrier for the same group — so “we already took it to market” can reflect that structure rather than the full picture. This varies by carrier, state and market and is not universal. The point isn’t to shop harder — it’s to put the renewal itself to proof.
Is this a promise that you’ll cut my costs?
No. We never promise savings we can’t substantiate. The renewal look shows the magnitude and whether it’s worth investigating; the analysis proves what’s actually driving the number — which may validate the increase or surface opportunity. You get the truth either way.
Are you independent? Who pays you?
Findings are earned by evidence, not bought. No pay-to-play: no carrier and no vendor can buy a Finding, a ranking, or a placement. Conclusions come from your documents and a published evidence hierarchy — the evidence decides.
What does it cost, and what do you need from me?
The initial renewal look is free. If a deeper analysis makes sense, we scope it with you before any commitment. To start, we need only a few high-level numbers — no SSNs, no disruption to your plan or your team.
