Documents you choose to share with us
You may choose to share supporting employer-benefit documents so that we can perform a preliminary review you have requested — for example a renewal, a Summary of Benefits and Coverage, or a claims or prescription summary. Today these are shared with us by email or during a review conversation rather than uploaded through this website.
We treat documents you share as confidential, protect them with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, retain them only as long as needed for the review and our legal and business requirements, and will delete them at your request.
How form submissions are handled
Our websites use Netlify's hosting and form service. When you submit a form, your responses are transmitted to Netlify, stored in our account there, and sent to us by email. Netlify processes this information in the United States as our service provider.

When you visit our website, our hosting provider records standard server-log information, which may include:

Form submissions are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes, and are deleted on request where we are not required to keep them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where appropriate, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time (including via the unsubscribe mechanism in our emails). 7. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking on our public websites. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and standard request information in order to serve those fonts. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs as described in Section 2. If we later add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy before doing so, and we will not place them on pages where employer plan documents are submitted.

9. Scope
Our websites and services are directed to businesses in the United States, and are not offered to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Our websites are intended for business use and are not directed to children.
