Projections are based on the COBRA premium equivalent method. Gross savings are calculated as the weighted average monthly premium per enrolled employee multiplied by the number of evacuated participants, annualized over 12 months, and compounded at the selected annual growth rate. Deductions include a GO Plan administrative cost of $4,200 per participating employee per year, a monthly administrative fee of $30 per participant, and an advisor savings fee of 30% of net savings. The resulting "Net Net Savings" represents the employer's projected benefit before accounting for the impact of evacuated employee out-of-pocket cost reimbursements, large claim evacuation benefits, or indirect fixed cost reductions — all of which typically increase actual savings materially. These projections are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Actual results depend on employee participation, plan structure, census composition, and other factors determined during a formal assessment.
